3. Support (SLA & response times)
Standard support keeps everything moving. Priority is for systems where minutes matter — paged response, phone, after-hours — and is always priced separately, regardless of retainer size.

General Terms of Service
Prepaid Hour Packages:
- Validity: Prepaid hour packages never expire.
- Refunds: If you terminate the contract before using all hours, the remaining balance will be refunded after adjusting used hours to the standard rate of €180.00/hour.
- Service Interruption: ZodMobile may discontinue service by refunding unused hours.
- Availability: Hours are consumed based on availability and do not guarantee specific response times. Response time SLAs are defined under Support.
Retainer Plans:
- Billing: Monthly invoices are issued based on actual hours worked.
- Monthly Minimum: The monthly minimum for your plan will be billed regardless of hours consumed.
- Capacity Reservation: Retainers guarantee priority availability with response times defined under Support.
- Overage: If you're likely to exceed your monthly cap, we'll consult with you before continuing. If approved, the same hourly rate applies.
- Unused Hours: Unused hours don't roll over to the next month, but your reserved capacity remains guaranteed.
- Plan Changes: You may change plans with 30 days' notice, effective the following month.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the retainer with 60 days' written notice.
General Terms:
- Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET, except for agreed Priority / On-Call coverage.
- Communication: Standard requests must be submitted in writing (email or Slack). Phone is reserved for Priority / On-Call engagements.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date.
- Terms Updates: These terms may be updated with 30 days' advance notice.
